Longspan is roll-formed from pre-painted aluminium coil to whatever length your roof needs. Because the sheet runs the full slope in one piece, there is no end lap for water to work its way back through — which is where most roof leaks begin. Fewer joints also means faster fixing and less sealant to fail later.
We form it in a range of gauges to suit everything from a residential roof to an industrial span, and in the full colour range you can see in our coil store. The profile is light on the structure, easy to handle on site, and it takes matching ridge caps, valley gutters, flashings and translucent daylight panels so the whole roof goes up as one system.
Sheet length is limited only by what can be transported to your site; for very long runs we can form on site where access allows, which removes that limit entirely and takes handling damage out of the equation.
