Classic carries the rolled pantile shadow line that reads as a traditional tiled roof from the street, while weighing a fraction of what clay or concrete would put on your structure. It is the profile most people have in mind when they ask us for a stone-coated roof.
The build-up is an aluminium-zinc substrate, an acrylic base coat, a layer of natural stone granules and a clear acrylic overglaze that locks the granules in place. It will not crack, curl or fade, it holds its colour through the harmattan and the rains, and the mineral surface deadens rain noise and reflects heat away from the rooms below.
We quote it as a complete package — tiles, batten, ridge, valley, barge board and fixings — so nothing is missing when the crew arrives on site. On phased estates we can hold the same production batch so later deliveries match the roofs already laid.
